INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE REGISTRATION AND TRANSMISSION OF THE PROJECT
IMP!: We remind you that the registration procedure and the contextual transmission of the project can be exclusively activated from the 17th of March 2008 to the 25th of March 2008.
Every click on Next button updates your data. You can modify every information in every moment.
Step 1
Insert the information regarding the Group leader (all the fields marked by * are mandatory).

Step 1a
Complete all fields and click on the Next button.
You will receive an e-mail that contains your reserved token to continue and complete registration procedure.
E-mail example:
The link in the email object contains unique information that is used, from that moment on, to verify your identity on website.
You must use always this link to proceed to further steps until transmitting project!

INFOPOINT allows you to insert team members and transmit your project!
To add a participant into the planning group, insert his/her information and click on [ Add a participant ] (all the fields marked by * are compulsory)

To add a new participant, please repeat the Step 2; to delete a participant click on - remove

Click on the Browse... button and select the project in PDF format; send the personal information and the project clicking on Transmit; once completed the transmission, wait until the registration summary page is displayed.

Transmit
While transmitting file, you will be able to see a progress bar in a small window:
Common problems are:
Problem : File isn't anonymous
Solution: Remove from the PDF file information such as Title, Author, Subject and transmit it again!
Problem : The file transmitted isn't a pdf!
Solution: Check the type of file and transmit it again!
Problem : Server busy or error during trasmission. Please try again!
Solution: Problems in completing the trasmission. Please try again!
Step 5
Once completed the data transmission, a summary page showing the sent information will be shown, reporting date and hour of transmission and one of the two ID codes assigned to the project.
The system automatically assignes to the sent file the other ID code, which will be the official denomination of the project during the work of the Examining Boards.
An e-mail containing the same information is sent to the participant.
Don't forget to print and/or save the e-mail as receipt of the transmission!
